If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 7 day money back guarantee. You must contact us within 7 days.

Important: Items must be returned in original packaging and please ensure you have not breached your statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods. We will not issue a full refund if we feel the item(s) has been used and is not resalable.

Once the item(s) has been inspected, the refund will be issued and credited within 20 days of receiving the item back.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item and ensuring the item(s) is well packed and insured. We reserve the right to deduct the cost of shipping from the total of the refundable amount.

Made to Order Items: Once an order is placed, you have 7 days to cancel. We cannot accept returns on made to order items as these are made specifically for you. The only time we can accept returns is if the item is faulty and not fit for purpose.

In the unlikely event that your order turns up damaged or faulty, then please get in touch with us within 3 days and we will arrange for the item to be picked up and issue a replacement or refund.
